Once the ship docks at the Port of Santo Domingo, the immigration officials will address the same. The time you have available for review is 15 minutes because this is the time that passengers have to wait to get to the mainland.
The documents shall require customs and immigration officers are: Information of the last arrival, crew list, list the loading and unloading of both passengers and crew and reporting the arrival of the ship.
To get the permit faster for the arrival of passengers, the documents they need should be ready for the arrival of the vessel or can be sent in advance with your broker.
Visa Requirements:
No visa is required
- Transit passengers
- Passengers disembark for the airport. These passengers will require only a transit stamp by the immigration officer.
No visa is a requirement for passengers or crew and that they remain less than 24 hours in the country. After this period, passengers must purchase a tourist card which costs U.S. $ 20.00
